i’m a vegan musician who dabbles in philosophy as a side hustle
i was in a cult called “modern society” for the first 35 years of my life
the core tenets of their ideology and indoctrination was obsession with the self, chasing happiness and pseudo-positive thinking at the expense of logic and reason
i now reject all of those because i argue that…
* there is no self
* happiness is a foolish goal
* positive thinking leads to tyranny of the mind
being dominated and oppressed my whole life fueled my desire for absolute truth and freedom and this arduous struggle itself ultimately gave me the tools and wisdom to break free, as paradoxical as that may be.
LIBERATION:
(mentally, emotionally, spiritually, sexually)
The rest of my life is dedicated to liberating the entire human race from its own mind prison. Sounds crazy but what the fuck, mineaswell aim high right? We can only be free when everyone is free. So lets look to those who are in the most dire need.
Imagine if everyone started doing this.
The possibilites are mind blowing.
