This was one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten. For €13.50 lunch buffet (regardless of portion size) there is no better price/quality/quantity in Helsinki. And made with pure love. Fully vegan. The water was also fantastic. Thank you @kasvisravintola also for being so kind to a wandering poet who needed some brief shelter from the storms of life. Had a good talk with Veejay, one of the co-owners. This man has a very strong presence of peace and love. He told me about his Bhakti yoga guru and how it has helped him find the Light. And we talked about Love. He reminded me that “it’s all love” which I had forgotten (again). My heart has hardened (again) to survive in this crazy world. I told him I want to not only believe/know/feel it but Experience it. Unconditional love. Is it real? Or another concept. My new album goes into this deep… The thrill, the agony, the frustration, the bliss, the madness. I bought his guru’s book last night. Its called Just Love (by @paramahamsa_vishwananda ). Really like it so far. I googled him and some say he is a dangerous cult leader who brainwashes people and is a fraud/fake. I dont know if those things are true. I thought: please someone brainwash me. Since april i have been a born again atheist after re-reading Dawkins’ God Delusion. Never really believed in god anyway although i tried and been practising spiritual stuff for a long time on/off. Nature is my god. Or music. I dont know. The Totality. The Emptiness. Whatever. Not sure i’ve ever really believed in anything.
