I’m sick. Nose is really runny and I can’t really do anything because of it which is quite irritating! It’s also unusual and unfortunate to be sick at this time of year. I have no idea how this happened. I tried to do some recording this morning but my constant sniffling made it impossible although I did manage to get some solid work done. Just came from the sauna. In the midst of a 24 hour fast which I like to do now and then. The rest of the evening will be spent watching Curb Your Enthusiasm and reading Seth Godin on my kindle. I really hope this flu-bug or whatever it is will go away for tomorrow.
