I
hello folks.
welcome to my website.
i am markus rafael nylund and i was born 27 years ago in finland.
currently i live in helsinki.
II
i make music, follow truth and worship health. ART * SCIENCE * HEALTH. that’s my holy trinity.
since the start of 2011, i don’t do drugs nor eat animal products of any kind.
i think drugs are for cowards and meat is murder. i’d rather be neither. i’d rather be honest to myself, to others and my planet.
you do what you want. will i judge you for it? yes i will. but i will also help you (help yourself) when you are ready.
III
i support a transition into a resource based economy.
my ultimate goal in life is to help others help themselves, and die knowing that at least i did all i could.
a very wise man once said: i wanna die young, as late as possible.
he also said: the best way to lead is by setting an example.
so am i a health-obsessed, anti-establishment, awareness-spreading, earth-roaming, plant-foods-eating, adventure-seeking, love-giving member of the primate species known as homo sapiens and no more/less equal to all other inhabitants of this planet?
yes I am. because i want to be apart of the solution and not the problem.
i hope you do too.
IV
go here to listen/download/purchase my latest music. if you enjoy it, make sure to click like on my MRN Facebook music page so i know you do.
for now i am taking a little break from music to focus on my health & fitness.
i also plan to go study health somewhere in the world. i am not yet sure where i will study or what the exact area of study will be but intend to figure it out this month.
of course by living my daily life, i am forever studying and permanently travelling.
V
i’m always looking to meet new people or catch up with old friends, so why not befriend me on my personal Facebook page?
you can also communicate with me on my youtube page.
VI
i also spend a lot of time on a website called 30bananasaday which i suggest you check out. if you do, look me up and follow my threads there!
it’s a great place full of intelligent, inspiring people from all over the world.

finally, if you are still reading, please watch this video to understand the issues discussed here more thoroughly:
