Life is so complicated
yet so simple at the same time
I’ve been hesitating lately
to make my moves
Came out of my cave
Showed my face
Released a new album
Met up with old friends
But before too long
I retreated back into
my own worlds
Working on my poetry and songs
Sharpening my swords and skills
Don’t really wanna see anyone
Until I am fully ready
To stand my ground.
And not
back down.
