I spent 5 days here since they had the the offer to pay for 3 and get 2 nights free.
Staff are really friendly with a lot of heart and soul and potential as men!
They always made me feel welcome and made sure everything was good.
I didn’t like the cat piss smell in the lounge!
The key cards didn’t always work but we had fun with it.
They really did their best.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with some difficult guests a few nights.
Some people in this world are just… are they even human?
I wasn’t drinking/partying this whole time so felt a little disconnected from the usual “lost traveler” vibe. I mostly kept to myself. Walking around. Writing poetry. Doing my day trading. Listening to music. Reading. Needed some alone time. Felt lonely as hell though at times. But that’s part of the game.
There are beautiful women here in the city but I just couldn’t find the energy to interact.
It might be time to get an airbnb or my own place somewhere.
They also offered a dinner + breakfast for 5 euros everyday.
On the website some people said it’s amazing.
It’s nothing special. Just basic food.
The rooms are VERY clean and comfy.
Heating works perfectly.
Location is perfect.
Kitchen is not the best, missing some basics like paper towels, spaghetti rinser, etc.
So it’s an okay hostel in an okay city.
Nothing less, nothing more.
A place to come to forget that you exist.
If you want to find a hostel for thinkers, this is not it.
In fact, they discouraged it directly! (i asked them why people drink, lol)
Not sure if there is such a place. Maybe i have to start one.
Alcohol not allowed! haha.
That said, i wish nothing but the best for the guys who run this place.
