have a good time

Going through some kind of political awakening. Gonna shoot from the hip here. Watched the hbo documentary “this place rules”. Wow. Hilarious. Disturbing. What a crazy world we live in. People will do ANYTHING to find meaning and a sense of belonging. Proverb time: “The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth”. Humans being humans. I have never understood the right wing left wing thing in politics nor any herd for that matter (remember, a broken winged bird needs both wings to fly). Even in music or the arts. Why restrict yourself like that? I think it all comes from that desperate need to find a group to belong to, to avoid facing our own insecurities and natural state of abundance. Watch out! Separation from God? God is not something to believe in, it’s something to become and BE. Become a creator and BE an artist if you want to feel safe and in love with this madness. What a ride. This goes for veganism too or any ideology. I have dropped them all (or so i tell myself because we all believe in something). These ideologies HIDE the real issues and make people dumb, docile and ripe picking for fascist leaders. And the more i am liberated from this herd mentality group think, the more i understand the need for governance to monitor humans and how the so-called “elite” are just a little bit more grown up than the rest of us. All these utopian idealistic versions of living on this planet like anarchism, veganism and other new age nonsense is really just a bunch of children running around like headless chickens who cannot grasp the devastating complexity of how our global society functions on a systemic level. The more i learn about how government works, the more i appreciate it and understand how necessary it is. If the hippies or artists (like me) ran this place, things would crash real fast. And it’s funny all the people who rebel against the establishment (i get it, i’ve been there) or subscribe to woowoo conspiracy theories are still completely reliant on the fruits of all this bureaucracy and technology. You are still using the phones, the internet, the amazon free shipping, the torrents, the printing press, the food systems, the social media. You are all a bunch of liars if you think you are not just as much enslaved to this system as anyone. To be human is to lie and cheat your way to stay sane and survive but this can be done with laughter and joy like any great comedian or bluesman. A salt flush aint gonna solve your problems! Stop kidding yourself. All the conservatives are more woke than they will ever admit. All the leftists are more conservative than THEY will ever admit. All you need to do is look at how you run your own household and your own life. That is your REAL view of how the world works and your so-called utopia. Like I said, we are all lying and i don’t think anybody knows anything. This is all just a dance. Keep dreaming. I still do. I have ideas and solutions but they are probably not realistic. Humans being humans. Wherever you go. Work. Play. Sex. Purpose. Art. Food. Movement. There is no escape. The real question is how you live your day to day life. The world is a prison or a playground. Your choice. It’s both. Heaven and hell. ALWAYS. Nobody is coming to save you. The sun is violent but kind. Life feeds on life. Enjoy the show, it’s incredible. Be grateful that you can take part. Have a good time, that is the most important thing.
