I came to tallinn 6 months ago as a complete stranger. I didn’t know one single person here. Not one. I was in a point in my life where I had really no idea what I was doing anymore. I just wanted to go somewhere and start again. I even quit music and began university… obviously that didn’t last. So I quit university and began music again.
I also started a project called Sunlight Heart. At first I played a few shows here and there just by myself. Me, myself, and I. And my sweet, beautiful guitar. I’ve since gained a few hundred followers.
I’ve also built a little organization/team around me.
This includes:
* management
* full band
* social media guru
* a film crew
* visual art/image team
+ of course many people who have helped us and also a few really good friends not to mention the beautiful women (some whom I’ve become good friends with!)
This is the point where me becomes we.
We have played our first full band shows in Tallinn and Tartu. We have released our debut EP. We have established who we are, what our sound is and what we say. Or at least introduced ourselves…
I would say PHASE 1 is now over. It’s time to take things to the next level.
