escaping the matrix is a scam… and other wantrapreneur nonsense.

last night i joined this webclass with a dude i hired a few years back to help me with some business stuff. he is a good guy and knows what he is doing. his approach works if you want a cookie cutter path to online income. but it’s not for me.

i have been trying all kinds of business stuff in the last 7 years since getting into all the wealth books and salesman shit. i was living in london, making my living as a street performer but frustrated and chronically broke. i met up with this life coach guy and went to some investing seminars. i wanted to understand how to become wealthy, something i had not really acknowledged before.

a few years before that i befriended a rich american dude who had already taught me some basics in personal finance like tracking my spending which i have done ever since, every single month. i account for every single cent and penny. and i also got into cryptos.

since then i have learned a lot about what keeps people poor and what makes them rich. and i didn’t always like the answers i found. i have never been good at following other people’s rules and systems. that said, i do like to know how people do what they do but not necessarily because i want to follow in their footsteps. i want to know all the rules so i can break them. a character flaw i am most proud of.

being broke or rich is a mentality. but it’s not just about money. i expanded my concepts of wealth and found a lot of new untapped raw power when i realised everything we do in life is a game of power. the greatest wealth is health. i somehow always knew that deep within and even felt it when i discovered veganism/fruitarianism back in 2009 but i couldn’t find the words to express it.

true wealth is a spiritual game. sounds a bit new age woowooish but i like new age woowoo. i like it when things get a little fun and wacky. i feel this expansive energy and it inspires me creatively. especially guys like stuart wilde and joe vitale + all the classic new thought authors (they were excellent wordsmiths too). they always give me this vitality i can’t quite find anywhere in their books, audio programs and everything they do.

but i am also quite sharp when it comes to detecting bullshit. and there’s a lot of scammers in all fields whether it’s finances, personal growth, spirituality, health or whatever. i have seen ’em all and even fell for some. you can’t bullshit a bullshitter.

in another life i would’ve been a master salesman in a big company. but i never liked working for other people, building their dreams instead of my own. sounds selfish but what the hell. put on your own oxygen mask first when the plane goes down right?

and i have tried a lot of courses online. refunded almost all of them because i found the sales presentations are often much better than the actual courses themselves. so then i learned how that works and why. i discovered the world of copywriting, read and studied the great copywriters and that opened up a whole new world because not only did these guys sell a lot of product (including many of the things you own), they were also great writers!

this was a fascinating crossroads for me of combining art and commerce. these copywriters made the marketing feel so genuine. they were also master story tellers which is a stepping stone away from the masterful writers like Bukowski and film makers like Tarantino i respected so much. alot the entertainment industry is all about influencing people with great stories.

growing up and going through my 20s, 30s nobody ever taught me any of this. i failed all the opportunities i ever had because i though it’s all about music and i was always a poet at heart. i didn’t do stories. i lived my own. i was the hero of my shit. and i was probably even deluded regarding my abilities in that but didn’t give a fuck. so success eluded me. didn’t give a fuck about that either. i wanted it but didn’t know what i really wanted yet.  so i just hoboed my way around the world, playing guitar, singing my songs, getting drunk and laid.

the modern world is run by corporations and banks. and we are all players in the money game. you can call it the matrix if you want but that doesn’t really mean anything when you are still living in it. there is no escape and there is nobody to blame if you fail. failure is also not permanent. win or learn.

it’s tough to make it in this world if you are dreaming big like me. always hungry for more and expecting a lot from everyone and everything. perhaps more than they can ever give or become. but that is part of the fun.

i keep coming back to the online business thing because that is the future. just gotta do it my way. integrate my interests and passions although the gurus say focus on one thing and choose a niche and serve your target audience and blablablablaaa. to hell with all their advice. i know what works and what doesn’t. i have tried it all. these idiots don’t know shit. and i am done with them with their bs advice.

i am in this for the long run. it’s not just about money. this is about greatness and legacy. i am doing something nobody is doing or can do. or is even attempting. my work is irreplacable. deepfake AI don’t got shit on me. and this isn’t even about me. this is about making the world a better place, not just selling a course on instagram how to get a six-pack.

if you wanna keep supporting cookie cutter bullshit then go for it but you will never become a true artist or entrepreneurial visionary. you are just another blind fool leading more blind fools. and squeezing all the juice and romance out of everything in the name of efficiency. maybe that’s enough for you and probably better than a 9-5 slave job or even running a company to which you are a slave because you are caught in this \”busyness\” trap of business. you will be replaced.

there is another way.

it requires a new kind of approach to all of this. it is counter-intuitive but actually it is going back to our original intuition and evolving as a species by integrating the highest aspects of human potential: artist, athlete, entrepeneur, philosopher, teacher, leader, friend, lover and world citizen.

i don’t know, maybe i have lost it completely. but when i look at all these idiots teaching wannabe business bullshit online, i want to vomit my guts out. it’s like me teaching you to teach others by telling them that they can also teach others to teach others, instead of teaching what i am actually good at and skills that take decades to learn. it’s an endless circle jerk that doesn’t actually make anything better but just gets you to give each other likes and clicks and maybe money too but what kind of soulless shell does all that for money? this is enemy territory for me and i am not gonna take part in it.

i do want to expose it though, i really do. all that toxic positivity crap where nobody wants to be intellectually challenged for even a moment. just a bunch of sheeple doing what they’re told and following steps. that is not positive mental attitude, that is just being a fucking moron.

spiritual obesity!

this shit fires me up and brings out the troll in me. the things we do for love. i feel thunder in my veins. spunk and venom in my soul. I WANNA FUCKING ROCK!!! hahaaaa

admittedly, this is also a block i have right now regarding how to actually find my way into the world of commerce so other people understand what the fuck it is i am trying to do here. or how to even communicate all this with… anyone. it’s tricky.

but then i remember that i ain’t in the telling business or the explaining business. i am in show business!

and i will show you!
