BOOKS BY LIFECOACHES SHOULD BE BANNED!
Another book by a “lifecoach” (ie. non-expert since anyone can literally become one) … complete waste of time and unreadable. The writing is awful, no humor, no ingenuity, zero substance to anything. There is no references to studies, nothing is backed up by anything. Just utter garbage by some wannabe alcoholic who has mommy issues. There is no such thing as an inner child. Yes you have a subconscious/unconscious mind that is often running the show and you will have to learn how that works if you want to “heal”. Stop looking for shortcuts. Find a qualified therapist. Study the actual science and stop listening to idiots who are taking advantage of you (and who have no shame about it). Grow up!
