Eating Meat debate

“Meat tastes great. In fact, if you told me that you don’t like meat, I’d wonder if something is wrong with you. Even little Timmy knows that: children are known to have a distaste for “healthy” food, i.e. vegetables. Timmy may not want to eat his steamed broccoli, but you can rest assured that he will not refuse a nice piece of sirloin steak. The mere idea is utterly ludicrous, which leads me to believe that humans instinctively know that meat is healthy and good for us. Otherwise, we would not like it. Evolution would have made us avoid it.”

To be fair, I think you have to evaluate food in its raw form. Not as a culinary endpoint as in sirloin steaks or steamed broccoli. Meat only tastes good after a lot of salt and processing. Do you like raw meat? If you don’t then you are probably not evolutionarily wired to eat it. On the other hand you do have tastebuds and physiological mechanisms that are better adapted to live off of plant foods. Timmy will learn to eat and love what he is fed. Since when were children in love with sirloin steaks? lol.
The general consensus in science is that well-planned veg diets are adequate for all stages of the growth cycle. Unless you are an expert in nutrition, I suggest you at least use that as a starting point for your unoriginal pseudo-scientific criticisms.

“Foregoing meat and other sources of protein is bizarre. Yet, there are more and more vegans and vegetarians around. In the liberal utopia Sweden, school lunches are currently reformed and more and more kids now no longer get served animal protein for lunch. I guess it’s for the sake of saving the climate or some other noble goal. I think it’s a crime against those children, considering that the state deprives them of important nutrients. Anyway, enough of Sweden. Veganism and Vegetarianism are mind viruses that have affected the entire liberal West, not just our friends in the Humanitarian Superpower.”

I think you might be convulating veganism as in the ethical social justice movement with the health effects of a plant-based diet. They are not really the same thing. And meat is not a “source of protein”. There is protein in pretty much every single food there is. And getting enough from plant sources is a non-issue. Your body doesn’t give a fuck where it comes from.
Please educate yourself a bit more on nutrition instead of relying too much on your own erroneous conclusions and deluded observations. Veganism as a mind virus? I don’t think so. Animal agriculture is one of the leading causes of global warming so I don’t see how reducing that is a bad thing for anyone. Not to mention the horrific practises of factory farming.
And btw, most vegans detest vegetarians so not sure why you keep throwing them in as if you are not entirely sure what the difference between these two are. You seem to think that the only factor important for health is animal protein. Wow. You are clearly not as bright as you think you are (at least in this topic). Are you familiar with Dunning-Kruger effect? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning-Kruger_effect
You’re welcome.

“Have you ever met someone who is not just a “salon vegetarian” who demonstrably picks he meat-free option during a team lunch but instead fully buys into this ideology and avoids meat altogether? Those aren’t healthy people. They would need supplements to get their proteins, but that’s just added complexity, and following fixed schedules is not everyone’s cup of tea. Vegans are even worse. Spent an hour on YouTube (or BitChute) and look up videos of vegans: those people look easily ten to twenty years older than they are. Some lose their teeth at an undue early age. Others develop osteoporosis.”

Please provide evidence that vegans or vegetarians need to supplement protein. Seriously? And even if that were the case (which it isn’t unless you are a bodybuilder or athlete), it’s not as if meat eaters don’t eat supplements. They still make up for 99% of the population and supplements is a big business regarding whether you are veg or not.
I can’t find any vegans or vegetarians that look worse (or signicantly better) than anyone else. Please provide some examples. Lose their teeth at an early age? Develop osteoporosis? Cmon man.
Maybe you are just looking into some raw vegan or ex-vegan nutcases that are doomed to fail on any diet. If that is the case, i would urge you to look into it a little more deeply. Most of the are complete lunatics, drink their own piss, long fasting, and god knows what. Then they blame it on veganism, lol.
Here are some great examples of healthy vegans who are also intelligent, scientifically literate and have a great sense of humor:
Mic The Vegan
Hench Herbivore
Red Pill Vegan
Quality Gains
Vegan Gains (he’s a bit insane… but his videos are entertaining!)
Earthling Ed

Not to mention some of the vegan doctors who seem to be aging pretty damn well!
I can’t say the same for the all the meat eaters. They usually seem to be quite lacking in logical thinking skills and moral development. Not to mention heart disease, obesity, diabetes, etc. And you go to their sites and they are the ones peddling all the supplements. But i thought animal protein is all you need?
Also, if animal protein is your saviour of humanity why all the drugs, alcohol, meds, etc?
So you see, the problems are much more complex than that. And you fucking know it mate.

“Even worse are parents who raise their kids as vegans or vegetarians. This is downright child abuse as it will stunt their growth. The consequence is that these kids will grow up quite short. Sometimes, lenient parenting is a confounding factor. I once knew a (white) girl who was very short. She was barely 5″ tall. She was quite attractive. Her teeth were fucked, though, and her height just struck me as absurd. As she later told me that when she was ten or eleven, she stopped eating meat and also developed body dysphoria. According to her words, she subsisted on an apple a day at times. That’s why she ended up being the height of a midget. Great ass, though.”

So vegans are even worse than “salon vegetarians” because not only do they apparently have to deal with the complexity of fixed schedules regarding protein supplements, it seems you will now also age 10-20 years quicker than normally, lose your teeth AND your bones will fail. lol
BUT. EVEN. WORSE
= Parents who raise their kids THIS WAY (which I’m sure is exactly their intention).
I think this girl you knew didn’t read the memo on adequately planned vegan diets. There’s a whole lot of wiggle room between eating meat and one apple a day. I’m guessing she had some deeper issues. But at least she had a great ass (which i agree with you, is a GOOD THING).
Please provide some evidence or at least give us some causal mechanisms or logical reasoning for stunted growth due to not eating meat. Perhaps you meant insufficient protein or calories causing those problems? No, you dont need meat to get enough protein or calories.

“Overall, I view veganism and vegetarianism as manifestations of slave mentality, or maybe better call it cattle mentality. The connection to an earlier time where our rulers were tall and strong and commoners short can’t be any more obvious. I’d say that no sane person would argue that it’s better to be short rather than tall, baring extremes like being 7″, and even that is better than being 4″5′. Yet, if you make lifestyle choices that will lead to you or your children not being able to maximize your genetic potential, it can only mean that you hate yourself so much that you want to have a visual reminder of your physical inferiority every time you look in the mirror.”
Wrong again. And I think you owe it to yourself to disprove your own claims. Otherwise you are the one succumbing to slave mentality. Book suggestion (it will blow your mind and at the very least, you will understand your opposition better for your future diatribes on this topic):
Why We Eat Pigs, Wear Cows and Love Dogs
by Melanie Joy (or something like that)
Also read Animal Liberation by Peter Singer… even just the first chapter.

“The wish to deprive yourself of invaluable nutrients in order to weaken yourself is pure self-hatred. Those people want to be short and weak and unhealthy.”
Name the nutrients.

“It may be an expression of their desire to be physically inferior to those who rule over them.”
Or maybe a desire to be morally superior to ignorant fools such you seem to be regarding these matters. Fortunately this does not have to be a permanent state.
