I don’t follow any mainstream news sources. Instead I read hundreds of books every year on topics that interest me. I prefer long-form content and depth when it comes to the complexities and subtleties of this world. And I don’t trust mainstream media or their clickbait journalists any longer as valid/credible sources of information.

This year I started writing book reviews for the books I do manage to actually finish if they warrant my attention. I personally don’t like audiobooks except for lectures, discussions and stuff like that. I read both electronically (kindle) and traditional books. I like both.
I encourage people to read more but also to read good books that inspire and challenge you. Not just romance thrillers to escape or self-help crap by some lifecoach idiot. Books are powerful but also potentially dangerous.
