I started playing music from a young age. Started on piano and then drums and then guitar and then singing. I wrote my first songs when I was 15. Things progressed from there. I thought I was gonna get famous and die at 27. That’s what I told all my friends. I was always the guy who did crazy things drunk and got kicked out of bars. But things didn’t go quite like I thought they might. Although in all honesty, I didn’t really think about the future at all. I just wanted to drink, fuck, write and play my rock’n rolla and drink my coca cola. I’ve written a lot of songs and performed all over the place. I have done my 10,000 hours. I even recorded 3 solo albums which I sold at my shows and street performances and gave as gifts (still do). But in recent years, things have slowed down considerably. I haven’t adapted well to the changes in the music industry. I’ve stepped away from the whole thing and observed from the sidelines. Now I’m ready to get back in the ring. I have the songs. I have the skills. I have the looks. I have the attitude. But what I don’t have is the funds or connections to make it happen on the level I envision. But I will. 20 Original songs. 20 Cover songs. Solo performances AND with other musicians. And different versions of the same songs. Music videos. Live shows. Guitar tab books. Lyric books. Merchandise. Clothing. Online tutorials and courses. Community. Coaching. My current plan is to build an online coaching business to fund the project. Eventually I will integrate everything together and build my own music business empire. I need to be patient. See the big picture. Think long term. Keep on working on my skills and my mental states. Grow my hair and beard. And muscles. Strength my weaknesses. But also make my strengths even stronger. It’s gonna be a hell of a ride once you get on this rollercoaster. I have been on it since time began.
