All shall be revealed.

I’m a musician/poet based in Amsterdam.

I travel the world, live in hostels and play on the streets. My dream is to live in hotels and play in stadiums.Sometimes I pretend that I am already there.Sometimes I imagine being there and missing the times when my life was what it is now.

The human mind is a magical time machine.
We can do anything and be anyone.

I write songs about love, death, addiction, beauty, salvation, depression, justice and other themes that I am trying to understand. I also play songs from other great artists but when I play them they become my songs just as my songs become apart of you when you drink my kool-aid.

I used to be an atheist but now I believe in God as Absolute Infinity. I’m getting more and more into spirituality, Christ, Buddha, etc. I still need to educate myself much more on politics, economics, science, history, philosophy and all that. I might not be the smartest guy in the world but I’m very good at integrating different ideas, paradigms and perspectives. Learning to think well is important. Learning to let go and surrender to the great perfection is just as crucial.

I don’t drink alcohol or eat animals.

When not making music I read books, drop acid, dance, explore consciousness, and engage in deep conversations with beautiful people from all walks of life. I’m really interested in this idea of having sex with reality. I think world peace is possible if we all united and really got serious about it.

That gives you a little bit of a sense of who I am at the time of writing this (September, 2018). I’ll be writing more in the journal to chronicle my evolution from here.

Who am I?

Where and when was I born?

Formula 1, reading all kinds of books, meditation, yoga, tantra, running outdoors, movement, dance, martial arts, calisthenics, LSD, fresh fruit, watching movies, writing things in notebooks, learning about the world, understanding what the hell is going on, waking up feeling strong and full of fire after a deep slumber, writing great songs, listening to great songs, Norse mythology, time, space, freedom, peace, pursuit of mastery, deep conversations with interesting people, dogs, beauty, sobriety, happiness, enlightenment, wealth, perfect health, success, truth, love, power.

Biggest influences (music):

Favorite albums:
Clapton Unplugged, Blood On The Tracks, Band of Gypsies, Rush of Blood To The Head (and every other Coldplay album, they’re all masterpieces from beginning to end), Kid A, Sgt. Pepper, Zeppelin IV, Born To Run, Dark Side of The Moon, The Wall, Nevermind, Master of Puppets, We Must Become The Pitiless Censors of Ourselves, Last Waltz, Crystal Planet, And The Glass Handed Kites, Graceland, Last of The Country Gentlemen

Favorite movies and tv shows:
Apocalypse Now, Last Tango In Paris, The Place Beyond The Pines, Heat, Fight Club, The Matrix, Betty Blue, Paterson, Holy Mountain, Knight of Cups, Enter The Void, Animal Kingdom, Breaking Bad, True Detective, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Handmaid’s Tale, Patrick Melrose, Billions, Legion, Ray Donovan, Sons of Anarchy, Kingdom, Brotherhood, Black Mirror, To The Wonder, Hunt For The Wilderpeople, Big Little Lies, The Leftovers, Captain Fantastic

(I actually prefer watching shows these days although it requires a bigger time investement, But ultimately, they are more fulfilling and much like novels because you really get to know the character and get deep into the emotional nuances of a story. Most movies end too quickly even when they’re good. And all that energy and effort spent on production seems a little wasted just so something can be cut to an arbitrary length of a few hours. It’s like listening to a pop song instead of a great album. I hope great directors and actors shift more to the longer form.)

Goals, dreams, purpose, mission, blablablaa:
Record all my songs to make room for new ones (there’s a lot!). Compose a symphony. Conduct an orchestra. Meet Keith Jarrett. Live in Fiji or Hawaii (some tropical paradise). Abolition of factory farms. Become a multi-millionaire. Not care about becoming anything and just BEING who I am and focusing on what I can create. Reading War & Peace. 20 perfect pullups. 3km Cooper run.
