Desires Are Opiates

1) Evolution

It is very refreshing to see some people evolve because most people I know never really do. In fact they seem to go the opposite direction as they get older. Fatter, more tired and sick. It’s like everyone gives up. Even people who once had the fire. Not people like me. As we get older we get younger. The fire just grows. The more failure just fuels the drive and desire.

2) The magic in your mind

I am listening to this old book that is a masterpiece (the audible version is really cool, great for 5:30am walks). THE MAGIC IN YOUR MIND. This website is dedicated to his teachings: https://iammeditations.org/

3) Slow bloom

Be careful/aware how you frame things you say. For example saying “later in life than I wanted”. Drop that. It is happening exactly as it should. There is no timeline as to how it is supposed to happen. That is why human life is long. We develop slow. Slow bloom. Once you align yourself with this kind of paradigm, you have all the gods and angels on your side. The Light Force. This is exactly what John Rose talks about but most miss his message and write him off crazy. BIOPHOTONS. Literally means LIGHT FORCE.

4) Thoughtrients

Thoughts are like nutrients. Positive thoughts are alkaline. Negative thoughts are acidic (and very sneaky the way they are in our deeper beliefs and views)…And biophoton is the most important nutrient of all. Here is a great video/audio on it where John explains it well and then you will know why I am so deep into his stuff right now. Remember he is just a messenger. This is the most important video on youtube:

5) Discipline is freedom

Here’s what I do:

I wake up at 5AM
Go to sleep 21PM

in between those hours I have certain things I must do

  • music

  • writing

  • excercise

  • meditation

  • reading

  • vegan diet

  • no drugs/alcohol/porn

No novels, movies, shows until my work is done regarding the above, usually around 19-20 depending how the day went. If I dont do the above I start feeling wobbly. Sometimes I take a day off. More strict mon-fri. And sat-sun can kinda freestyle. The cool thing is what I consider work is also what is my leisure and fun.

Once you get into the habit of a routine and life where you are building your DREAM LIFE, you start to fall in love with it. The process. Sometimes it’s too much. Need to rest and chill. Maybe even take a week off. Then you miss it. That is when you know you have struck gold. And even when burn out comes, you love that too and know you are onto something.

Get those biophotons up. No matter what. It will make all this easier. When those are running low, humans are running around like lost dogs.

6) Vision

Remember:

DREAM BIG
start small

So when you create a higher vision for your life (your ultimate dream), you can break it down into yearly, monthly and then daily goals. This why you know you are always working for that bigger dream. When we dont have dreams, goals, routines, we are rudderless. Desires are opiates. Very powerful.

Failure and setbacks and disappointments are part of this game. But this way of life might not be for everyone. I know it’s hardcore. If you want to be artist or entrepreneur then this is the way. Your routine is the vehicle to your dreams.

Enjoy every moment.
