energy thieves enter through unlocked doors
taking us back through time
before we used to try
what is there left to do
in a day that is lacking of clues
we search so hard for our secret gardens
we long for joy with hearts that are hardened
the taste of silence is bitter
when you are surrounded by energy thieves
they get you to fall asleep when you need to run
but in the end they are the only ones that run
we lie in each others arms
i steal from you, you from I
energy that is lost never dies
it only becomes stronger
as we enter the night
